Joe's pizza best place ever and people so friendly they even hang out church flayer for events there very nice people and food is great

nice clean family, locals, travelers friendly place. Some kind of connection to The Dairy Cottage. I'm not rushing back for the cheesesteak but if you have a group of people/family and everyone wants something different including a cheesesteak then this is your place.

The meals and service were ahead of our expectations. We absolutely liked the environment of this spot. Amazing place to take my family out for dinner.

This is our neighborhood go-to diner. Family operated and they are always nice and serve good food. Stromboli is our favorite. Easy parking. There’s something for everyone - you can get a steak, pasta, sandwiches, pizza, and a very substantial salad that will definitely meet your daily vegetable requirement.

I heard from a few people that it was a decent place to try. Wow, got the upside down pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. Was excellent. Waitress was great. My sister got a grilled chicken wrap which i tried. I thought it was good also. Traded some of my pizza for half her wrap. Very satisfied.

Salad was average. Pizza was definitely better then it looks. I would say it's worth a try and a good deal for the price.

A staple in Delaware County. Breakfast and Lunch menus are great- in fact I would rather eat breakfast here more than some local diners. Price of food is reasonable. The entire staff is terrific and are like family. In my opinion, THE BEST cheesesteak you will find.
